Placing orders on line

All on line orders will use PayPal or credit cards as the method of payment. WE VALUE YOUR PRIVACY AND SECURITY.   ALL CONTACT AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS PROVIDED TO A PAYMENT CARD INDUSTRY (PCI) CERTIFIED PARTNER TO ENSURE PROTECTION OF THIS INFORMATION. Certified Pay Pal or Credit Card Billing Address

Orders without a certified address will not be accepted

Product Delivery and Lead Times

Our goal is to deliver ordered products as quickly as possible, if we are out of stock we will notify you immediately with an alternative shipping date or substitution.

Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact us via email as soon as possible and we will notify the insurance carrier.

Return Policy

Unless specifically defined as an evaluation order with right of return, all orders are assumed to be final. Returns may be accepted if item is item is incorrect or other than described, customers are responsible for payment of return shipping charges, except for incorrect item. Items damaged during shipping will be dealt with through the insurance carrier.

Shipping

Standard shipping terms are FOB Newton, NJ, freight prepaid and added. Customers are responsible for payment of any duties or excise taxes and any sales or value added taxes relating to the shipment.

Most items listed on the NESGS web site will ship within a day after receipt of order. We will notify you as quickly as we can after receipt of order with an expected ship date.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day pending payment authorization.
